Frequently asked questions
Does the equipment have to be shut down?

No, measurements are taken under working conditions. A shutdown is only needed if critical defects are found that call for immediate action.

How often should measurements be taken?

For basic monitoring, every 3 to 6 months, depending on the operating regime and how critical the machine is. After the first survey we will propose a schedule tailored to your fleet.

What will the report contain?

Values and spectra for each control point, comparison with ISO limits and with previous measurements, a diagnosis by component and recommendations with timescales.
