User Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between SeverEnergoProject LLC (OGRN 1217800013364, INN 7811755245, address: 194156, St. Petersburg, 29 Engelsa ave., building 1, room 35N; the “Administration”) and any person using the website severenergo.com (the “Website”, the “User”).
1.2. By using the Website (browsing pages, submitting forms), the User confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Website.
1.3. The Administration may amend this Agreement unilaterally without special notice; the new version takes effect upon its publication on the Website.
2. Terms and Definitions
Website — the set of web pages located on the severenergo.com domain and its subdomains.
Administration — SeverEnergoProject LLC, the holder of Website administration rights.
User — any legally capable individual or representative of a legal entity accessing the Website.
Content — texts, images, technical specifications, news and other materials published on the Website.
Request — a message sent by the User via the Website contact forms.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Website provides the User with access to information about the Administration’s gas turbine maintenance services, supplied equipment and spare parts, industry news, and contact forms.
3.2. All information on the Website, including prices, availability and technical specifications of equipment, is provided for reference only and does not constitute a public offer as defined by Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The exact terms of supply and service are set out in a contract between the Administration and the customer.
3.3. Trademarks and manufacturer names mentioned on the Website (including Solar Turbines, Caterpillar and others) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational purposes to identify equipment.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
4.1. The Administration may: modify the Content and structure of the Website without notice; restrict access to the Website during maintenance; amend the terms of this Agreement.
4.2. The Administration undertakes to: take reasonable measures to keep the Website operational; process Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Rights and Obligations of the User
5.1. The User may use the Website for its intended purpose: to review information and submit Requests.
5.2. The User must not: take actions that disrupt the operation of the Website; use automated data collection tools (scraping) without the Administration’s written consent; submit false information, spam or malicious links via the Website forms; impersonate another person; use the Content in ways that infringe the rights of the Administration or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Website Content (except for third-party trademarks and materials used under free licenses) is subject to the Administration’s intellectual property rights.
6.2. Copying, reproduction and distribution of the Content is permitted only with the written consent of the Administration or with an active link to the Website.
7. Personal Data
7.1. By submitting a Request via the Website forms, the User consents to the processing of the personal data provided (name, e-mail address, message content) for the purpose of responding to the Request.
7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Website and the Content are provided “as is”. The Administration does not warrant that the Website will be free of technical failures and errors.
8.2. The Administration is not liable for: any mismatch between the reference information on equipment specifications and the User’s expectations; the content of external websites that may be linked from the Website; any losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
8.3. The limitations of clause 8.2 do not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
9.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through a written claim procedure; the response period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the claim. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the Administration’s location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
